RECREATIONAL CLASSES

Baton 

Baton twirling is an excellent way of developing hand-eye coordination, rhythm, timing, poise, endurance, self-discipline, and overall total body coordination. Classes involve all aspects of baton twirling from fundamental tricks to advanced combinations. Dance and tumbling skills are incorporated in these classes and students will learn a combination of dance-twirl movements and choreography. Experienced twirlers have the opportunity to join competitive teams.

Poms

These classes incorporate the proper pom motion technique that is sharp, clean and precise while incorporating other dance styles including jazz, hip hop and tumbling. Classes are available for all skill levels beginner to advanced. Experienced dancers have the opportunity to join competitive teams.

Jazz

This high-energy dance class has a liveliness that sets it apart from traditional dance forms, such as classical ballet. There is an emphasis on stretching, flexibility, leaps, jumps and turns. Experienced dancers have the opportunity to join competitive teams.

Ballet

​Students will learn elements of classical ballet and will combine this technique with both classical, lyrical, and modern choreography. The ballet class will teach the student total body discipline, balance, grace, movement, flexibility, and the ability to interpret a variety of musical styles.

Boys Baton

This class is offered to encourage more male athletes to explore the sport of baton twirling! Baton twirling is an excellent way of developing hand-eye coordination, rhythm, timing, poise, gracefulness, endurance, self-discipline, and overall total body coordination. Classes involve all aspects of baton twirling from fundamental tricks to advanced combinations. Dance and tumbling skills are incorporated in these classes and students will learn a combination of dance-twirl movements and choreography. ​

Adult Baton

This class is offered to those over the age of 18+ that want to explore twirling or continue their love of twirling in a fun and welcoming environment. Baton twirling is an excellent way of developing hand-eye coordination, rhythm, timing, poise and gracefulness, endurance, self-discipline, and overall total body coordination. Classes involve all aspects of baton twirling from fundamental tricks to basic dance twirl movements.
